About your workshop:

For lovers of fabric and stitch – crazy patchwork is a perfect indulgence to using a wide variety of fabrics. One of the most endearing qualities of crazy patchwork is the different textures, fabrics, and trims put together for effect.  This course is suitable for beginners to embroidery and patchwork and those who are new to crazy patchwork. It is a lovely hand stitch course, the patchwork is hand pieced and embellished with beads and hand embroidery.

Your finished piece could be framed, made into a cushion, or if your hooked you can repeat your block design to make a throw, or bed runner.

Learning Curve:

Over the 8 week course you will learn a wide variety of skills, to include a range of embroidery stitches, ribbon work, couching, designing your own crazy patchwork piece, beading and more, we will work with themes and motifs which evolve round a subject you love.

Skill Level:

The course is suitable for all. Some hand embroidery experience would help you along nicely.
