Workshops are a wonderful way to explore your creativity, make new friends, learn new skills and relax away from everyday life.

Our workshop venues in and around Garstang offer space and large work areas. They are equipped with excellent lighting and seating facilities, for your comfort, they are warm and airy. Remember when booking a workshop to check which of our many venues you will be attending.

Fortnightly crochet mornings 10.30am -12pm~ a great introduction to crochet. Learn from the beginning and chain, single, double and triple crochet stitches will be demystified over four weeks. Great for beginners and those wishing to improve their technique.

Over the course of four months develop your patchwork skills by learning how to sew triangles to make the Flying Geese block, how to Foundation Piece, work with curved piecing and put together blocks using part-sewn seams all under the expert guidance of Lis Binns.

Using landscapes as inspiration you will experiment with various conventional and unconventional batik techniques and tools to capture the essence of your landscape on fabric.

Cancellation Policy

- To secure your chosen workshop we ask for full payment at the time of booking

- If you discover later you are unable to attend please let us know as soon as possible, we may be able to offer you an alternative date

- With more than 2 weeks’ notice of cancellation, we can offer you a refund; however a £10 administration fee will be kept for all cancellations

- Cancellations within two weeks of the event will only be refunded if your place can be filled. We will try our best to fill your place
