Creative Thread Workshops

Flossy Teacake's workshop

Flossy will be back with a new workshop in 2017

Date: TBC
Time: 10 - 5pm
Venue: TBC

Join Flossy on a journey of creative fabric loveliness – be inspired by Flossy’s original quirky ceramics and create your own 3D fabric caravan, choose from a rounded or a square shape caravan and delve into the fabrics, ribbons and lace to individualise your own caravan, which you might even want to name.

Flossy will teach you how to build your supportive structure and layer fabrics using bondaweb to create a textile collage. Traditional appliqué and embellishment techniques will be combined with using fabric pens to produce a distinctive flossy styled design.

Vintage wheels will be included for the finishing touch and you could even name your caravan with a personalised number plate!
All your lovely fabrics, buttons, lace and more will be provided on the day by Flossy.
